Montclair Admissions
L’Alliance Preschool operates on a semester basis. We are currently accepting rolling admissions for the 2026–27 school year, subject to availability. We are also accepting applications for the 2027–28 school year through January 31, 2027.
Admissions Timeline (2027-2028):
January 31, 2027: Application Deadline for New Families
New families must submit their applications by January 31, 2027. Applications submitted after January 31 will be considered only if space is available. If no space is available, the applicant will be placed on the waitlist.
Waitlist policy: Waitlisted applications will remain active through August 1, 2027. If a space becomes available, it will be offered in the order applications were received.

Complete the Online Application Form & Pay Fee
A $200 non-refundable fee is required with all applications.
Payment must be made via credit card at the time of application submission. A receipt of payment will be sent via email.

Complete & Return the Enrollment Contract & Pay Deposit
We will review your child’s application and reach out to you within 5 business days. Once your child is accepted into the program, you will be asked to complete an enrollment contract and pay a $2,000 non-refundable deposit deductible from tuition to hold your child’s spot. The signed enrollment contract and deposit payment check are due 10 days after you receive the contract.

Junior Class
Toddlers must be at least 2½ years old.

Pre-K Class
For toddlers 3½ and up.

Half Day (Sep-Jun)
$ 1,685/mo- Mon–Fri, 8:30am–12:30pm
- Deposit: $2,000 (non-refundable)
Full Day (Sep–Jun)
$2,290/mo- Mon–Fri, 8:30am–2:30pm
- Deposit: $2,000 (non-refundable)
Extended Day Option
$135-595/mo- Offered Mon–Fri between 7:30-8:30am and 2:30-6pm
Plan 1: One-time payment includes a 5% discount
Plan 2: Three payments with a 2.5% discount
Plan 3: Ten payments, no discount
When you register two or more siblings, you receive a 5% discount on the tuition for each child. This discount is in addition to any other discounts.
L’Alliance New York
Tuition includes a complimentary L’Alliance Family Membership, giving your family exclusive access to our cultural programs in New York and Montclair.
